    we are planning to book 1x40DC till Chicago Rail Ramp or door Northpoint Fresh 3246 E 118th St 60617 Chicago

    1) What will be your handling fee if we will prepaid everything with a MAERSK(so to SD door Chicago),  you will be as a consignee on MBL and handle the delivery in a cooperation with a real consignee and Maersk?

    EQ: 40DC

    Weight of cargo: 25 750 KGS per 40DC

    Delivery address: Northpoint Fresh 3246, 60617 Chicago  (booked with MAERSK, but we will need your help to coordinate with MAERSK and consignee on HBL, you will be as consignee on MBL)

    Type: General cargo non-dangerous

    Other option is to book until POD/CY Chicago RAIL RAMP with MAERSK or CMA-CGM (DTHC will be prepaid) maybe it will be more cost-effective. So in this case you will be also a consignee on MBL please advice your handling + inland haulage up to consignee door.
